KATHY ROBINSON is a native of Philadelphia, PA, performing @ATAFY, Temple & La Salle, University of PA, and Dinner Theatres and played John Dossett's guardian angel in the musical FRANCIS (Yes, OF ASSISSI !!). Stranger still, she toured with an Elvis impersonator ("THE BIG EL SHOW"), and was a recurring cast member of SATURDAY NITE DEAD w/Stella, before moving to New York City.

While in NYC, Kathy's Equity stage career included the National tour of FUNNY GIRL w/ Deborah Gibson, traveling companies of GODSPELL, THE MUSIC MAN, ME AND MY GIRL, ROAR OR THE GREASEPAINT (Coconut Grove), SWEET CHARITY (PCLO), PIPPIN (USVI), and PLAY IT BY HEART(w/ Lori Morgan) and NINE (both @ Papermill). New York credits include NON PASQUALE (NYSF), PHILCO BLUES w/Judith Ivey), SPLENDORA (Bay St./NYC), UNCLE BROADWAY, and SOPHIE, TOTIE, AND BELLE (NYC/FL).

Television highlights include starring in the title role of HELLO MRS. CHERRYWINKLE for three seasons in the US and CANADA, as well as features on THIRD WATCH, CONAN O'BRIEN (sketches; two seasons), numerous Daytime Dramas and Spike Lee's PIZZA HUT commercial, premiering at a Super Bowl!!

1987 marked a 20 year career relationship with Danny Goggin and his series of NUNSENSE musicals, starring as Reverend Mother in numerous productions of NUNSENSE (w/Loretta Devine,and casts of 5's!!), MESHUGGAH-NUNS, NUNSENSATIONS (w/ Georgia Engel), and originating the role of Reverend Mother in NUNSENSE 2;THE SECOND COMING! She also had the pleasure of directing/choreographing NUNSENSE 1 AND 2.

*NOTE: These shows have kept audiences coming back,and a vast array of character actresses working, and for that, I am "eternally" grateful....

Aside from theatre, KATHY, AKA "BABE" ROBINSON, has made a fulfilling and "memorable" living in the Piano Bar/Cabaret circuit. BABE has worked half her life (DON'T do the math, that's between 40 and death!), entertaining audiences in Manhattan, Boston, Key West, St. Thomas, and Mykonos, Greece with her signature mix of standards, jazz, soulful ballads and high energy performance of Broadway and classic rock. Her percussive contributions bring new meaning to "Catholic Rhythm!"

Her current CD, "SELECTIONS FROM THE BARRED" with BOBBY PEACO, is a mix of her Piano Bar favorites and is available @ all of her appearances (she's probably got a few in her purse too!).
